Heinz is responsible for the area of social partnership; he maintains an exchange with staff representatives and employers. He deals with individual employment law cases and is the interface for professional exchanges with the legal protection insurance. He also manages individual projects such as the salary survey.
Sébastien Bourquin
Project Manager Members Western Switzerland
Sébastien is responsible for the banks’ network and membership development in French-speaking Switzerland. Among other things, he trains staff committees to strengthen them in their work. His bilingualism and many years of experience in association work make a major contribution to negotiating good working conditions for employees and living the social partnership.
