Zurich/Basel, 30 June 2026 – The social partners of the banking sector have agreed on some amendments to the Agreement on the Conditions of Employment for Bank Employees (ACEBE) and the Agreement on the Recording of Working Time (ARWT) as of 1 January 2027. The focus has been on improving compatibility, more binding rules on health protection, flexible mobile working and dealing with new technologies such as AI.
