The SBEA is committed to clear regulations with regard to “mobile-flexible working” and “working from home”, >, which have become particularly common since the beginning of the pandemic – in a way that ensures your needs as an employee are met. Not everyone has the same prerequisites, which makes it all the more important to us that individual solutions can be implemented.
The new Agreement on Conditions of Employment for Bank Employees (ACEBE), valid from 1 January 2023, containsnew provisions that take into account the importance of mobile-flexible working.
The SBEA dealt with the issue in depth back in the first year of the pandemic, and positions formulated at the time continue to apply today.
