Since 2016, it has been possible in Switzerland to dispense with time recording under certain conditions.
In the banking sector, this was achieved through the “Agreement on the recording of working time” (ARWT) regulated. To ensure that not recording working time does not lead to health risks, the social partners in the banking sector have developed a survey on psychosocial risks.
If you have signed a waiver agreement, your employer must give you access to the healthy@work survey. But even if you record your working hours, you can still take part – the survey is designed so that it can be used as a company-wide health analysis. Companies with at least 20 participants also receive an anonymous evaluation.
