We are committed to your working world of tomorrow
How are you?
Dear reader
The finance industry is facing major changes, and we are right in the middle of it. The SBEA advocates strongly for fair, healthy, and flexible working conditions. In this newsletter, you will learn how we are advocating for banking sector employees in the upcoming negotiations, why your opinion matters, and how artificial intelligence is changing our working world.
How are you? – SBEA survey
As happens during a short check-up at the doctor, we would like to take your pulse. Without any jabs and in less than 5 minutes. Your answers are important. They help us to better understand the interests of our employees and to represent them specifically in the upcoming negotiations on the collective labour agreements.
The survey was created in collaboration with Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. It is being conducted absolutely anonymously; no conclusions can be drawn about individual persons. There is also no transfer of the data to the employer. Please do not provide any personal or client data in the free text either.
At the negotiating table for you
Next year will see the start of important negotiations for employees in the financial sector: collective labour agreements, employment conditions and working time recording will be under scrutiny. The SBEA is strongly committed to fair, healthy and sustainable working conditions so that digitalisation serves the interests of people.
New GIRO issue: How AI is changing our working world
We are looking at a working world that is changing rapidly. Artificial intelligence and digitalisation are increasingly shaping our day-to-day work. The new issue of GIRO Magazine gives you exciting insights into the banking industry: How much has digitalisation and the use of AI already penetrated workplaces? What new skills are in demand? And what are the legal limits when it comes to monitoring employees?
We are here for you – today and tomorrow
As an association, we advocate for fair, healthy, and flexible working conditions for banking sector employees. We are here for you at any time and look forward to hearing from you. Whether you have praise, criticism or new ideas, write to us if something is on your mind: info@sbpv.ch
