Save the Date
On behalf of the Zurich Banks Association (ZBV), a team of Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) carried out and published a study on the career development options for professionals working in banks in 2020.
The study focused on qualified bank employees in their midcareer, i.e. the age group between 40 and 50. It analysed the emerging challenges and changes in the banking industry for this group: How can employees develop and update their skills gained over many years so that they will be in demand in our future working environment?
Our webinar highlights the survey and its major results.
