Salaries are an essential part of the employment relationship. How does your salary compare to that of colleagues in other banks and regions? How have salaries changed since the last salary survey in 2021? What trends are visible – e.g. in relation to the integration of bonuses into salaries, equality of salaries between men and women, and the evolution of salaries in times of inflation?

SBEA conducts an anonymous salary survey every two years to provide bank employees with an insight into the industry’s salary policy.

The survey takes about 5-10 minutes to complete and is aimed at all persons who work for a bank or any other company in the financial sector.

The survey will be conducted from March 27 to May 9, 2023. The anonymity of your data is guaranteed by our external provider onlineumfragen.com. SBEA guarantees that it will treat all data as strictly confidential and will never pass the data on to third parties under any circumstances.
